DESIGN PROCESS

To begin a project, a meeting is set up at a local establishment. Here, the design process is initiated, which includes learning the goals of the client. We learn what the website or design is going to be used for, and from there we discuss the look and feel for the final design. At this initial meeting, we may also negotiate a price, which varies from project to project, depending on the requirements and the customer's budget. After the initial meeting, the project is started. We constantly email the customer with updated designs and layouts along the way. This is to ensure that Island Blue Design is heading in the right direction. You will never be handed a finished assignment that you are not happy with. Customer service is what Island Blue Design has thrived on. Final payments are only demanded AFTER the customer is satisfied with the results.
